📍 2009 – Company Incorporation

NTCNET Limited was officially registered in England and Wales in 2009. It was founded by a team of industry professionals with a shared vision: to elevate quality standards in engineering and manufacturing across global sectors.

🚘 2010–2013 – Automotive Quality Engineering Foundations

During this period, NTCNET Limited focused on supporting the high-performance automotive sector, laying the groundwork for its reputation in quality excellence. Specifically, we:

• Delivered advanced quality support for the manufacturing of engine cases, including those for the Bugatti Veyron

• Developed and implemented quality management procedures tailored to precision machining operations

• Established real-time in-line inspection systems to ensure continuous control and product conformity

• Created custom CMM programs for dimensional validation and traceability

• Led full PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to guarantee compliance and enable reliable series production for this ultra-high-performance application

These activities marked our initial commitment to combining technical expertise with process-driven results.

🏗️ 2013–2016 – Building Advanced Powertrain Manufacturing

As our experience expanded, so did our contributions to the advanced powertrain industry. Key milestones from this period include:

• Contributing to the creation of a world-class Advanced Manufacturing Centre in Northampton, built from the ground up to support a new engine plant

• Implementing a fully integrated Fastems flexible manufacturing system, coordinating 11 CNC machines as part of a single automated production cell

• Supporting Honda of America in the NSX V6 engine program, handling full process setup and UK-based quality assurance

• Playing a role in the McLaren P1 V8 and Aston Martin Valkyrie V12 engine programs

• Leading the development of cylinder bore spray coating technology in collaboration with Swiss partners, enhancing durability and performance for V6 and V12 platforms

• Delivering complete quality system support, from machining process development to advanced inspection, CMM programming, and PPAP documentation

Consequently, this period solidified our reputation as a specialist in high-performance engine and powertrain quality engineering.

⚙️ 2017–2020 – Innovation in Powertrain & Risk-Controlled Delivery

Moving into the next phase, NTCNET Limited played a critical role in the launch of hybrid supercar programs. Most notably, we:

• Joined the development of the McLaren Artura, focusing on the dual-clutch transmission system

• Carried out in-depth risk analyses (DFMEA, PFMEA) to minimize technical and supply-chain vulnerabilities

• Supported design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA), including inspection planning and validation activities

• Provided end-to-end quality assurance support, from pre-series development to final customer delivery

• Ensured project success through the integration of quality standards, root cause prevention, and robust cross-functional project management

As a result, our role in innovation-driven programs strengthened our position in delivering quality under complex, time-critical conditions.

⚡ 2020–2024 – Transition to E-Mobility & Electric Motor Innovation

Recognizing the shift toward electrification, we entered the electric vehicle (EV) sector to support OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in building the next generation of mobility. Our contributions during this time included:

• Collaborating with Bosch Germany on the development of high-performance electric motors, focusing on system validation and reliability engineering

• Supporting production readiness through robust process control systems, inline measurement, and early failure detection

• Delivering quality risk assessments, supplier audits, and production approval planning using both PPAP and VDA 6.3 methodologies

• Enhancing capabilities in thermal management, rotor/stator production, and electromagnetic validation to align with evolving industry standards

Ultimately, this phase marked our evolution into a key quality partner for the rapidly growing E-Mobility and electric motor technology landscape.
